Steve Kramer is the CEO and Co-founder of WorkJam and serves on its board of directors. With over twenty years of executive leadership experience driving business results and developing disruptive technologies for the retail industry, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and oversees WorkJam’s overall operations. Prior to WorkJam’s conception, Steve and his lifelong friend Joshua Ostrega started another company known as iCongo, a leading global software provider for omnichannel retail and B2B commerce solutions. Merging with hybris Software in 2011, the business became the largest independent provider of e-commerce solutions with twenty-seven offices worldwide, 1000+ employees, and more than six-hundred customers. While innovating in the omnichannel and connected consumer, Steve recognized a gap between the traditional workforce management systems and how retailers hire, schedule, and manage their hourly employees, making his stride into the digital workplace. Beyond WorkJam, Steve is a board member with Cummings Centre and Naveo Commerce. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
