Interview Dates

Interviews can open as soon as registration opens. Multiple rounds of interviews may be held, as many as are needed to accommodate. You may even want to schedule a couple of interview days before the summer and a couple of days in September. The final round of interviews must held no later than one month prior to the first Solomon session, the Meet and Greet. (Students who are admitted after the cutoff date will incur a late fee charged to the Chapter.)

You will open a 2-3 hour window on interview days. Interviews are twenty minutes long with a ten minute break, for a total of four time slots in two hours, or six slots in three hours. Students are encouraged to group up for interviews, so every time slot can accommodate up to three or four students. Keep in mind your students’ school schedules when determining dates and times. Interviews are typically scheduled in the early evening.

Interview Format*

Although interviews can be held virtually or in person, we strongly recommend virtual interviews, as it lends itself to a smoother process for both the interviewers and the interviewees.
