— Being a role model and leading by example
— Feeling real empathy, compassion,
and concern for others
— Having a Servant Mindset
B. COURAGE
— Cultivating fortitude
— Having integrity
C. SELF DEVELOPMENT
— Developing self-awareness
— Accountability and responsibility

Fellows will be able to discern which component or subcomponent is being used when given a situational example.

Fellows will be able to state why Character is critical for effective leadership.
