Program Overview

The Solomon Leadership Program selects a diverse body of teenagers who volunteer in their local community, school, church or synagogue, or otherwise demonstrate their future leadership potential.
Through Solomon’s multi-dimensional program, students, known as Fellows within the program, grow to understand their personal value and potential as leaders. Our curated curriculum, successful mentor role-models, and inspiring renowned guest speakers give participants a broad perspective on leadership and success. This enables Fellows to envision themselves as future leaders, giving them the motivation to pursue their goals on their leadership journey.
Our three-prong approach centers around the Eight Pillars of Leadership, the eight skills and values that are essential to being an effective, moral, and just leader. Each session focuses in depth on a single Pillar, giving Fellows a comprehensive understanding of both its essence and its application in real life.
Final Project and Graduation

Throughout the program, Fellows are evaluated on their understanding and implementation of the values and skills discussed at each session. At the end of the eight sessions, Fellows produce an essay and visual presentation about their experience in the Solomon Leadership Program. The program culminates with a formal Graduation and Awards Ceremony, to which Fellows’ families are invited.
Program Overview

The Solomon Leadership Program is dedicated to inspiring and developing the next generation of impactful leaders. Through our unique framework, we equip teens, called fellows within the program, with the tools, knowledge, and character to lead with purpose and integrity.
Our program stands out through its in-depth, values-focused curriculum, which explores core values such as courage, responsibility, and empathy. Each session features insights from local leaders, offering real-world perspectives and inspiring fellows with their experiences. Additionally, formal mentoring provides personalized guidance, allowing the fellows to connect deeply with seasoned mentors who guide them as they navigate their leadership journey. Fellows who complete the Solomon Program earn three college credits through our partnership with Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Through Solomon, fellows don’t just learn about leadership—they embody it, emerging as individuals ready to make a positive and lasting impact.
