Todd LaPorte is the CEO of HonorHealth, a major Arizona health system encompassing six acute-care hospitals, outpatient facilities, a research institute, and community services. Since joining HonorHealth in 2001 and serving as CFO for most of that time, Todd has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and financial management. Since Todd became CEO in 2017, HonorHealth has become one of the largest employers in the Phoenix metropolitan area, known for its high-quality, accessible care and efficient care coordination. Todd also holds leadership roles in several professional and community organizations, including the Health System Alliance of Arizona and Greater Phoenix Leadership. He is a recognized figure in the industry, and has received accolades such as CFO of the Year by the Financial Executives International and recognition from Becker’s Hospital Review. Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Arizona State University.
