Growing up in South Africa during the Apartheid era, Darren Tobin witnessed firsthand the injustice of a system that denied rights based on skin color. It taught him that laws aren’t always just—and sometimes you have to fight.
At age fifteen, Darren worked nights dismantling yogurt machines for minimum wage, learning the value of hard work. Later, at the University of Georgia, he balanced sports, studies, and tutoring student-athletes, many who went on to the NFL. After being misled by a sports agent, he learned the importance of keeping one’s word.
Graduating magna cum laude with a double major, Darren went on to UGA Law, where he competed in Moot Court and served on the Honor Court. He began his career at a respected divorce firm, learning that sometimes opportunities come through connections.
Today, Darren leads a personal injury trial law firm, helping families in need. While proud of his clients’ victories, his greatest joy is his family—spending time with his wife and coaching his three sons in baseball, basketball, and soccer.
