Effective Vision

While a Vision might have all of the five building blocks listed in Section One, more is needed to make the Vision truly effective. The Vision needs to be dynamic, yet simple and clear, inspirational and inclusive. It should be easy to communicate and memorable. People remember it and it guides their actions. People feel it and it touches their emotions. A good Vision offers a solution to a problem and convinces others that this solution will solve the problem. Most importantly, a good Vision inspires action.
