Exercise I

  1. List your top 25 goals.
  2. Take some time to reflect on these goals and prioritize the top 5 goals (only five).
  3. Now the hard part. Look at the other 20 goals and NEVER pursue them, as they are a distraction to you and are robbing you of your time and energy that should be focused on what is really important.

    (Note: This is an on-paper exercise designed to help you ascertain your truest current goals, the ones you feel most invested in and passionate about right now. You may later come to realize you would like to pursue a different top 5 goal.)
