Mentors

A major part of Solomon is our amazing team of mentors, who are all community members that are highly successful leaders in their fields. They each kindly volunteer their valuable time to lead a group of Fellows at Solomon.

At each meeting mentors will discuss the Pillar of leadership and how that Pillar has applied to their success. Their experiences and opinions may be very valuable to your future success as a leader.

Please take advantage of this relationship with your Mentor. Mentors will give you their contact information and preferred means of communication.

A few suggestions: You may want to seek advice from them as an objective third party, ask for their opinion on current events, or ask for help furthering a cause that is important to you. The more you invest in this relationship, the more you can gain from it.
