Vision for Leaders

Leaders play an important role in every Vision. It is the leader’s job to take responsibility for the Vision and perpetuate it for those they lead. Leaders emphasize the Vision’s importance, keeping the focus on the Vision and making it real.

By showing passion for the Vision, sharing it with clarity, and paving the way to achieving it, leaders are the ones who make the Vision come alive. To be an effective leader, you must be able to develop, communicate, and cast a Vision. If you can, you will be able to:

1. Lead change efforts.
2. Plan strategically to obtain that targeted Vision.
3. Inspire others to be committed to the Vision and align their efforts toward obtaining that Vision.
